The regional program on rendering of assistance to voluntary resettlement of compatriots residing abroad will be taken on the sitting of the government of Yamal. This information was given by the deputy governor, the director of the regional department of international and external economic relations Alexander Mazharov on the sitting of the council of the heads of municipalities.
By his words, 5 territories were chosen for resettlement - the towns Noviy Urengoy and Gubkinskiy, and also Purovskiy, Yamalskiy and Shuryshkarskiy districts. Yamal is ready to accept 245 compatriots (98 families). Further, at coordinating with the Government of the Russian Federation this number can be increased depending on requirements of the region. By the words of Alexander Mazharov, the subprogram does not foresee providing of arriving people with permanent dwelling, what can become a serious problem for their adaptation. In his opinion, it is necessary to foresee the opportunity of temporary accommodation for participants of the program and their families. According to experience of other regions, it is possible to solve the problem with help of temporary accommodation centers, which will allow the resettled people, having their temporary accommodation, to concentrate on searching for permanent home. Also Alexander Mazharov informed heads of municipalities and representatives of the government of Yamal that it was planned to make the federal program on resettlement of compatriots to Russia not limited in time since the next year.

The governor of Yamal Dmitriy Kobylkin signed the regulation of the regional government about approval of the targeted program "Development of telecommunication infrastructure of health protection in Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in 2012-2013". It is directed to providing of effective informational support of health system, including processes of controlling and rendering of medical help to population.
By the information given to a correspondent of IA "Sever-Press" in the regional department of health protection, evaluation of results of curing showed non-sufficient effectiveness of work in medical and preventive establishments. One of methods for improvement of quality and rendering of medical help within federal medical standards is telemedicine. Within the targeted program it is supposed to create the telecommunication system with telemedicine centers of health protection.
As it is noted in the department, the first telemedicine centers were made in the central district hospital in the settlement Yar-Salye, the town hospital of the town Gubkinskiy and the regional clinical hospital of the town Salekhard. During 2012-2013 it is planned to conduct the second, the final stage of inculcation of telemedicine. Participation of 37 establishments of health protection and the regional department of health protection is supposed in this project. It is planned to create large telecommunication centers in 15 establishments and the department of health protection. Also within the project it is planned to use communication channels for organizing of high-speed connection to all medical and preventive establishments of Yamal. Video-servers will be purchased for the participants of the program for organizing of telemedicine consultations at any time of day. Individual devices of telecommunication will be set in these establishments.
Telemedicine supposes use of telecommunications to link medical specialists with clinics, hospitals, physicians providing primary medical and sanitary help and patients situated at a distance for diagnostics, treatment, consultation and uninterrupted education. Modern telemedicine approaches allow consulting patients situated in the most remote areas of the autonomous region.
The amounts of financing of the program will make 39 million and 375 thousand rubles. It is expected that, in the result of realization of the program activities, it will be possible to increase accessibility and quality of specialized medical help in remote districts, timeliness of transportation of patients and decrease in number of unsubstantiated hospitalizations.

The official delegation from Yamal headed by the governor Dmitriy Kobylkin will visit the town Ufa. The delegation will participate in the Second International Forum "Big Chemistry". It is planned that the agreement between the autonomous region and the Republic of Bashkortostan on trade, economic, scientific, technical, social and cultural cooperation will be signed. The planned signing of the agreement between Bashkortostan and Yamal is the result of previously performed work on extension of mutually profitable cooperation between the regions. The joint-stock company "Rospan International" (an affiliated enterprise of TNK-BP) together with organizations on independent technical supervision started elaboration of the plan of actions for increase of control over quality and industrial safety at building of the inter-field pipeline in Yamal. Building of the pipeline will become one of the largest infrastructural projects of the company. The pipeline with the length 382 kilometers will connect 4 fields of TNK-BP and will provide transportation and delivery of oil to the system of "Transneft" in the district of Zapolyarnoye field.

In the end of May the Salekhard department of "Sberbank" ("The Savings Bank of the Russian Federation") will give a credit in the size 90 million rubles for building of the trade and exhibition centre "Yamaha". The center will conduct servicing, selling and renting of snowmobiles.
By the words of specialists of "Sberbank", the total cost of the project will make about 130 million rubles. 90 million of them are the credit of "Sberbank". The total area of the object will exceed 1400 square meters.
The contract of renting the land for construction was concluded. Preparation of the pile field is taking place. The general contractor is the company "Partner group". Input of the center "Yamaha", the official dealer of Yamaha Motors in Yamal to operation is planned for this December.

The visiting session of the expert council on the Arctic and Antarctica took place in Tyumen on the base of the Siberian scientific and analytical center. Scientists and politicians gathered in Tyumen to discuss further ways of development of the central Arctic. The sitting took place under the chairpersonship of the correspondent member of the RAS Artur Chilingarov. He is the head of the expert council and a representative of the upper house of the parliament of the Russian Federation on international affairs.

The famous Russian scientists told that they had arrived to Noviy Urengoy by the invitation of Yamal technical park for participation in the seminar "Strategies and innovations: from theory to practice", which would take place in Noviy Urengoy on the 16th-19th of May. It is planned that on the seminar Yuriy Yakovets will speak on his report "Technological revolution of the 21st century and the strategy of innovative development" and will conduct the master-class "The basic regulations of the International energy and ecological program "Energy of the Arctic", as the informational and analytical board of the town administration informs.

Construction of the children's policlinic is being completed in Salekhard. All necessary materials for finishing were brought. Delivery of medical equipment is expected in June.
