17.08 Fulfillment of the budget of Yamal on revenue is higher than the plan

Fulfillment of the consolidated budget of Yamal was fulfilled in conformity with the law of the Autonomous Okrug “About the regional budget in 2008 and the planned period of 2009 and 2010” and decisions of bodies of local self-government about budgets of municipal formations.

By the information of employees of the Department of finances of Yamal, during the first half-year of 2008 revenue in the sum 40 milliard 776 million 318 thousand rubles was received in the consolidated budget of the region at the yearly plan 67 milliard 437 million 599 thousand rubles. It made 60,4% of the yearly plan. 30,99 milliard or 60% of the yearly plan were received in the regional budget at the plan more than 51 milliard rubles.

By the information of the press-service of the governor of Yamal, fulfillment of the plan on revenue of the budget is provided with allocations on basic income sources on the tax on income of organizations, of physical persons, on property of organizations. Basic tax payers are still branch enterprises of “Gazprom”, “Rosneft” and the company “Gazprom neft”.

Expenditures of the budget were fulfilled proceeding from basic directions of the budget policy, the amount of financial resources defined in the frames of the forecast of revenue and the necessity of financing of priority expenditures. The consolidated budget of Yamal on expenditures during the first half-year is fulfilled in the sum 32 milliard 350 million 841 thousand rubles, the regional budget is fulfilled in the sum 26 milliard 445 million 864 thousand rubles.

Expenditure obligations on paying wages considering its increase, scholarships of students of primary and secondary professional educational establishments were fulfilled in the full amount. Measures connected with the vacation campaign, health improvement and summer rest of children were conducted. Compensational payments to employees of the budget sphere, non-working pensioners and persons of the number of the North ethnic minorities occupied with traditional kinds of activity were paid out. Measures on realization of the priority national projects in the sphere of education, health protection, house-building and agro-industrial complex were financed.

Financial obligations of the regional budget before budgets of municipal formations are fulfilled in the full amount and in set terms.

17.08 Yamal sportsmen are prize-winners of the International sportive games “The children of Asia”

The Fourth International sportive games “The children of Asia” took place in the town Yakutsk. More than 2000 young sportsmen and about 1000 honored guests, judges and representatives from 17 foreign countries took part in the competitions. Yamal was presented by 12 sportsmen from the towns Salekhard, Noyabrsk, Nadym and Tarko-Salye.

By the information given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” in the regional Agency on physical culture and sports, Yamal sportsmen took part in such competitions as taekwondo, judo, track and field athletics and chess. By the results of the games the sportsmen from Nadym and Salekhard won two silver and one bronze medals in taekwondo. One more silver medal was given to a chess player from Salekhard.

The international sportive games “The children of Asia” have been conducted by the initiative of Sakha Republic since 1996 under the patronage of the International Olympic committee and at the support of the Olympic council of Asia. The games are organized by the Olympic committee of Russian Federation, Russian agency on sports, the Ministry for foreign affairs of Russia and they are under the patronage of the International Olympic committee and the President of Russia. By idea the games “The children of Asia” are analogous to the Olympic Games, only they are smaller by scale.

17.08 Privilege categories of children are under the guardianship of the regional budget

6,5 million rubles were allocated in 2008 from the regional special-purposed program “Children of Yamal” for sanatorium-resort medical treatment and health improvement of children from families with many children, incomplete families, non-prosperous families, pupils of establishments of social protection, children, who are under guardianship and other privilege categories. The money are being spent for the stay of children in medical rehabilitating and medical establishments of Russia, for summer traveling passes to children’s camps of rest and health resorts of Russia and foreign countries.

During the next two years the program foresees increase of financing for these aims: in 2009 – 6,76 million, in 2010 – 7 million.

17.08 One fourth part of the number of invalids in Yamal will receive rehabilitation services

Till the end of 2008 the number of invalids of Yamal, who received rehabilitation services in specialized establishments, is to make 22% of the total number of invalids, till the end of 2009 – 25%, till the end of 2010 – 30%. The regional special-purposed program “Social support of invalids in 2008-2010” foresees to spend 14 million rubles for these aims. At this, more than 7 million rubles will be allocated to equipping of rehabilitation centers with modern equipment.

2,4 million rubles will be spent for providing of invalids with technical means of rehabilitation, which are not included to the federal basic list. Adaptation of interior-house space for little-mobile invalids of the second and the third group, and also children-invalids will require for 6,3 million ruble from Yamal treasury.

Requirement in financial resources for three years makes 60 million 841 thousand rubles. 17.08 The number of communities of indigenous peoples in Yamal will grow

The regional budget foresees means in the amount 108 thousand rubles for realization of the program “Culture, language, traditional way of life of indigenous ethnic minorities of the North for 2008-2011”.

By the information given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” in the Department on affairs of indigenous ethnic minorities of Yamal, basic measures of the program are directed to intensive study of ethnography, linguistics and history, preservation and development of applied art, propaganda of cultural values of peoples of the North. In the frames of the program it is planned to complete library posts situated in places of compact living of indigenous ethnic minorities, to provide growth of number of children studying native language as an independent subject, and also to help in receiving of higher education. The program is aimed for protection of health of indigenous peoples, who conduct nomadic and half-nomadic way of life.

It is planned to bring the number of communities up to 68 till 2011. Now they are 62. The amount of production of deer-herding manufactured by communities will increase from 187 tons to 196, production of fishing – from 420 tons to 520 tons.

17.08 Constructions for the chess centre in Khanty-Mansiysk are ordered in Europe

One of the leading European companies will design the constructions for the chess centre in Khanty-Mansiysk. It was declared by the author of the project – the famous Dutch architect Erick Van Egeraat on the working conference at the governor of Yugra, on which the course of realization of projects of the architect was scrutinized.

The chess centre with the total area about 2865 square meters, which must accept participants of the World Championship in 2010, will present the three-level building with comfortable playing rooms, grand-masters’ rooms, the conference-hall and the computer centre. The basic chess hall with the area about 390 square meters can be transformed depending on measures. Also transformation of the vestibule is foreseen.

By the words of the architect, engineers are finishing project work on the hotel-business complex. Equipment will be brought to the building ground in September. Building process will start in December.

It will include the residential area, the business part and the park of entertainments, which fulfills educational function as well. The governor recommended continuing the joint work on the projects, considering the peculiar national coloring at this. The same requirement is made to the future fashion theatre presented by Erick Van Egeraat. Admittedly, it will be situated in “Yugra Pole”.

17.08 More than 5000 schoolchildren in Yamal study native language

During the latest 5 years in Yamal the number of schoolchildren from the number of ethnic minorities, who study native languages, increased approximately on 15%. Thus, if in 2004 Nenets language was taught to 3900 pupils at schools, then in 2007 this number reached for 4129 people. More than 1,2 thousand children study Khanty language. In comparison to 2004 – then the number was 0,98 thousand.

17.08 Fishermen of Kharampur agricultural community intend three times to increase fish-catch

In this fishing season fishermen of the agricultural community “Kharampur”, which is located in the village Kharampur (Purovskiy district, Yamal), intend three times to increase fish-catch in comparison to last year from 40 tons to 120 tons.

The community has everything necessary for fishing: brigades are provided with seines, sweep-nets, motors for boats. They deliver their fish-catch to the trade station Karnat, where fresh fish is processed and frozen at once.

17.08 Students are doing practical work in Urengoy gas extracting board

This year structural subdivisions of Urengoy gas extracting board of the company “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy” allocated 110 working places for students of the 3-4th courses for practical training. 40 people study in the technical school of gas industry of the town Noviy Urengoy and 70 – in different oil and gas higher educational establishments.

16.07 “Gazprom” started extraction of Achim gas in Urengoy field

The joint company of “Gazprom” and “Wintershall Holding AG” – the joint-stock company “Achimgaz” input the sector 1A of Achim sediments of Urengoy gas, oil, condensate field (Purovskiy district, Yamal) to experimental-industrial exploitation.

By the information given to correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” in the press-centre of “Gazprom”, at the present time one installation of complex preparation of gas and three gas condensate wells, which provide daily extraction of gas in the amount of 2,3 million cubic meters, are being exploited on the sector. It is planned to extract 531 million cubic meter of gas and 188,7 thousand tons of condensate here till the end of the year.

As we should remind, the joint-stock company “Achimgaz” was made on parity basis by “Gazprom” and “Wintershall Holding AG” in July of 2003. The aim of making of the enterprise is development of the experimental sector of Achim sediments of Urengoy gas, oil, condensate field. The depths user of Urengoy field is the company “Gazprom dobycha Urengoy”.

The period of development is 43 years. During this time it is planned to extract about 200 milliard cubic meters of gas and 40 million tons of condensate. The project capacity is about 7,5 milliard cubic meters of gas and 2,8 million tons of condensate per year.

Achim sediments are bedded on the depth 3600-3800 meters and have more complicated geological composition in comparison to Cenomanian and Valangin sediments, which are being developed at the present time.

16.07 Yamal projects entered the investment program of “Gazprom”

The directorate of “Gazprom” approved projects of the investment program and the budget of the company for 2008 in the new edition. Bringing in changes to the investment program is stipulated, in particular, with specifying of the list of investment projects and the amount of investments in 2008. In particular, in the new edition the gas company laid financial means for accelerating of work on construction of Bovanenkovo field and the railroad Obskaya-Bovanenkovo, and also investments to projects on development of Shtokman field.

By the information given to IA “Sever-Press” in the press-centre of “Gazprom”, in conformity with the project of the investment program, the total amount of development of investments will make 821,66 milliard rubles, what is on 111,53 milliard rubles more in comparison to the investment program set last December. At this, the amount of capital investments will make 531,2 milliard rubles. Long-term financial allocations are planned in the size 290,46 milliard rubles.

According to the project of the budget, the total amount of income and revenue will make 3,236 trillion rubles. The total sum of obligations, expenditures and investments will increase on 366 milliard rubles and will make 3,38 trillion rubles. The budget surplus of means will make 1,7 milliard rubles.

16.07 The first electronic archive in Russia is being created in Tyumen Oblast

The first electronic archive in Russia is being created in Tyumen Oblast. It has already included 18 million sheets of unique archive documents, and also the whole scientific-reference apparatus of all archive funds of the region. This information was given in the interview to IA “Tyumenskaya Linia” (Tyumen Line) by the deputy chief of the board on affairs of archives of Tyumen Oblast Yelena Frolova.

As we should remind, transfer of archive documents to electronic kind in the region is being conducted at the expenses of the regional budget in the frames of the regional special-purposed program “The basic directions of development of archive work in Tyumen Oblast”. Not any other region of Russia is ready for such work yet. Tyumen Oblast became the first one.

By the words of Yelena Frolova, 4 state archives act on the territory of the region. Only 2-3% of the whole amount of archive documents of the region can be transferred to electronic kinds now. In electronic kind it will be possible to find the list of all archive documents of the region and also 35 million out of 1,4 milliard sheets of unique materials. Among them there will be especially precious documents covering the whole historic period of the region since 18th century and the most required documents of the regional executive committee and the communist party.

The cost of the project, which is being realized in Tyumen Oblast, already exceeds 100 million rubles. Only this year it is planned to allocate 35 million rubles for transfer of documents to electronic kind, 15 million rubles are spent during the first half-year of 2008.

These means are allocated not only for scanning, verification and systematization of documents, but also for elaboration of program software of the electronic archive of the region (the Internet-resource, search systems and so on). Moscow firm “ProSoft” is being occupied with this work.

By the words of Yelena Frolova, the wide access to the electronic archive will appear in the end of 2009. People will be able to find it with the help of the official site of Tyumen Oblast, where it is planned to place the special banner. Everyone, who wishes, will be able to see the majority of documents.

By the words of the specialist, there is not an electronic archive not only in Ural Federal Okrug and the country in general, but even in countries of CIS. The seminar took place in Tyumen in April. Specialists of archive groups from 9 subjects of Russian Federation took part in it. Many of them scrutinized the experience of Tyumen Oblast. Specialists from other regions also decided to make an electronic archive. They want to arrive and to see what has been already made in Tyumen Oblast.

16.07 Saint-Petersburg is preparing to the Northern transport forum

The interregional innovational program of development of high-technological civil production on enterprises of defense-industrial complex was elaborated for successful realization of innovational projects.

16.07 The national project “Health” saved lives to thousands Yamal people

Specialists of the regional Department of health protection of Yamal summed up the results of realization of the priority national project “Health” during 5 months of this year, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs.

During the reported period 675 employees of district medical service received 30,2 million rubles from means of the fund of obligatory medical insurance and 0,7 million rubles from means of the region. More than 600 specialists of ambulance service, sanitary aviation and medical-obstetrical posts received 11,2 million rubles from the federal budget and 1,3 million rubles from means of Yamal treasury.

9 district children’s doctors and 8 district therapists passed education in the Medical academy of Tyumen on allocated federal quotas. 25 district specialists of Nadym district hospital raised their professional qualification at the expenses of the municipal budget.

3879 babies were born during half-year in the region. The multi-functional automated complex laboratory was delivered for conducting of screening for inherited diseases in the frames of the national project to Salekhard regional clinical hospital last October. The application for spending materials for conducting of researches is sent to the Federal agency on health protection and social development of Russian Federation. Now the administration of the hospital is occupied with questions of preparation of a specialist-geneticist. Delivery of equipment for conducting of audiologic screening is planned in the second half-year of 2008 at the expenses of the federal budget.

During five months of this year medical-preventive establishments of the region received 23,6 million rubles from the fund of social insurance. Regulations on spending money means from realization of maternal certificates are elaborated in each establishment. The part of means goes to payments of employees considering qualitative indexes, to purchase of equipment and medicaments, objects of medical purpose.

In 2008 Yamal received 440 quotas for rendering high-technological medical help in medical federal centers. At the expenses of the program “Cooperation” such help will be rendered to Yamal people in establishments of Tyumen. During 5 months high-technological medical help was rendered to 207 inhabitants on federal quotas, 1132 people on the program “Cooperation” and 109 Yamal people – at the expenses of the regional budget.

16.07 Ksenia Moskvina is preparing to Olympic swimming

The preliminary opening of the Olympic village before the 29th Summer Olympic Games and the 13th Para-Olympic Games will take place in Peking on the 18th of July.

By the data of the Olympic committee of Russia, about 500 Russian sportsmen will take part in the Olympic Games in Peking. The total number of the delegation of Russian Federation will make 900 people. At the present time more than 470 sportsmen have already received licenses. Russian organizers connect basic hopes with such kinds of sports as boxing, wrestling, calisthenics, synchronized swimming, swimming on open water, heavy athletics, track and field athletics, field shooting and fencing.

16.07 Petersburg builders are designing the railroad line Salekhard-Nadym

The joint-stock company “Lengiprotrans” (Saint-Petersburg) continues project-researching work on the railroad line Salekhard-Nadym in the frames of the mega-project “Industrial Ural – Polar Ural”, as a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” informs.

By the words of the deputy director general of the joint-stock company “Lengiprotrans” Aleksey Konyukhov, who is the curator of the important project, the company together with specialists of the company “Ural building technologies” (the general designer) continue project-researching work, which was accelerated this summer. Not less than 200 specialists are working today in the project institute on elaboration of the railroad line Salekhard-Nadym.

By calculations of designers, the new railroad will be one-way and will go practically on the old main Salekhard-Nadym, which is known as the 501st building. However, there are some peculiarities in conformity with wishes of profile departments of the administration of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug and requirements of ecologists – the new route will move away from the river floodplain on the sector along the river Poluy. Such maneuver will allow observing modern ecological requirements and also will secure the road against floods.

5 groups of the joint-stock company “Lengiprotrans”, and also contract organizations of 2 enterprises are working on the route of the road today. Complex engineering-geological, topo-geodesic, hydrological researches are being conducted, as well as control drilling.

Already in August researchers are to make the complex report on fulfilled researches and in December the finished building project of “Lengiprotrans” must be passed for the state expertise.

15.07 Investments of pension savings to fuel power-engineering complex will help to development of new technologies

“Fuel power-engineering complex is the basis of economy of Russia. Developing the branch, including by means of investments of the saving part of the pension fund, we allocate means to development of new technologies”, as the president of the Association of employers of Yamal, the head of the group of companies of “Yamaltransstroy” (Yamal transport and construction) Igor Nak declared to IA “RusComPress”, giving comments on the suggestion of the prime-minister Vladimir Putin about permission of allocations of the saving part of the working pension to development of oil and gas industry of the country.

As we should remind, on the conference on development of oil and gas complex, which took place in the town Severodvinsk, the head of the government Vladimir Putin declared that the future of the branch would be with serious technological re-equipping and forming of new strategic centers of oil and gas extraction on Yamal peninsula, in the Eastern Siberia, Timano-Pechora province and also with extraction of reserves of the continental shelf. The prime-minister suggested permitting allocation of the saving part of the working pension to development of oil and gas industry of the country.

15.07 “Tyumen-energo” will support small and medium business

Perspectives of development of electric network complex of Tyumen region were discussed by chiefs of power-engineering service enterprises and the regional network company “Tyumen-energo”.

By the information given by the deputy chief of the Department of regional development of the company “Tyumen-energo” Pavel Azanov, development of electric power-engineering branch in the region takes place in fast tempos.

By his words, during the latest years the amount of investments to measures on modernization and input of new capacities to operation several times increased. In 2008 the amount of the investment program of “Tyumen-energo” makes about 12 milliard rubles. The company constructs and re-constructs more than 60 objects in Tyumen Oblast, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

The amount of investments of the power-engineering company to the distributing network complex of Tyumen Oblast till 2010 makes about 60 milliard rubles. 15.07 “Schlumberger” increases investments to Tyumen oil and gas complex

French oil service company “Schlumberger” increases investments to development of oil-extracting complex of Tyumen Oblast.

By the information given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” in the regional Department of the investment policy and the state support of business, the additional agreement to the acting investment agreement was concluded with the company. Till 2012 “Schlumberger” will allocate 2 milliard 477 million rubles to realization of the investment project “Organizing of production of equipment and component parts for oil extraction, development of scientific-methodological, educational and technological infrastructure of oil-extracting complex in Tyumen Oblast”.

The contract about cooperation with the company “Schlumberger” was signed in 2004. Plants on production of electric submersible rotary pumps and component parts for perforating equipment have been already built. Building of the plant on production of equipment for intensification of work of a well is being finished. Work on interior finish and equipping of production buildings is started.

Opening of the Siberian educational centre of the company took place this March in Tyumen. The centre is intended for education of employees of the company “Schlumberger” in conditions modeling conditions of oil fields.

15.07 The first shift of the summer camp “Yamal” in Saint-Petersburg is being finished

The first shift of the children’s summer camp “Yamal” in Saint-Petersburg is coming to its finish. 160 young people from Yamal had a rest and got acquainted to sights of Saint-Petersburg in its course.

15.07 “Yedinaya Rossiya” is conducting the action to the Day of the State flag of Russian Federation

The all-Russian political party “Yedinaya Rossiya” (United Russia) announced about the beginning of the new action dedicated to the Day of the State flag of Russian Federation.

The questionnaire design of schoolchildren and the contest of drawings “I live under the flag of Russia” will take place for children and teenagers in the town Labytnangi (Yamal). Its first participants are the children from the summer camp of the Centre of technical creation. Children were to answer questions on area-studying, history, civil science and on knowledge of Russian symbology. The organizers of the action did all the best in order questions from the school program would be interesting for boys and girls. One section was dedicated to the native town Labytnangi.

The second stage of the action is creation. Schoolchildren were to present drawings and placards on the theme “I live under the flag of Russia” to the jury.

By the information given to IA “Sever-Press” in the office on public communication of the town administration, all participants will receive memorable prizes and winners will be awarded with diplomas and souvenirs from the regional department of the party “Yedinaya Rossiya” on the celebration of the Day of the town.

15.07 “Gazprom dobycha Nadym” develops charity programs

The company “Gazprom dobycha Nadym” continues realization of programs of charity help, as it is informed to IA “Sever-Press” in the board of social development and public communication of the administration of Nadym.

Thus, in 2007-2008 the mountain-imitating ground cost 4,5 million rubles was installed in Nadym town roller-park. Besides, the town-forming enterprise paid for reconstruction of the gymnasium of a children’s home on the sum 9,4 million rubles. Other 1,5 million were allocated by gas workers for construction of the open sportive ground. In total the company spent 39 million rubles for charity action last year.

During realization of the program “Gazprom – to children” the gas company organized participation of children in competitions of “Gazprom”, the corporative festival of amateur art. Realization of the program “Gazprom – to children” helps to attract bigger number of children to sportive sections, creative and amateur circles.

Besides, owing to participation of the enterprise, the visit to Nadym of the Archbishop of Tobolsk and Tyumen Dimitriy became possible. The Day of the town, the Deer herder’s Day and other town holidays are organized at direct participation of “Gazprom dobycha Nadym”.

15.07 The collection of cult objects of Nadym Nenets people was presented in Saint-Petersburg

The presentation of the multi-media program “The collection of cult objects of Nadym Nenets people” took place in the State museum of history of Saint-Petersburg. The project gives the audience the unique opportunity to get acquainted to unknown 118 objects, which were in the museum funds during more than 60 years. A separately taken exhibit will not tell much to a visitor, but the elaborated multi-media program gives the idea about purpose and usage of objects in everyday practice.

By the information given to a correspondent of IA “Sever-Press” in the Representation of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in Saint-Petersburg, the chairperson of the State Duma of Yamal Sergey Kharyuchi shared his opinion about the new project. He thanked the creative collective of the museum and underlined the significance of keeping of cultural legacy of indigenous peoples of tundra, especially on the modern stage at active industrial development of northern territories. With the aim of updating of the project, he suggested presentation of the program in Nadym district directly by natives of Nenets culture, who would be able to replenish it with more precise data.

Scientific employees of museums of Saint-Petersburg, students and teachers of the Institute of peoples of the North, Russian pedagogical university of A.I.Hertzen and representatives of mass media were invited for the presentation.

15.07 Realization of the national project “Education” in Yamal deserved the high evaluation

The priority national project “Education” in Yamal is being realized on the high level. Such evaluation was given by representatives of the Federal operator on the priority national project, as the press-service of the governor of Yamal informs.

Thus, by the results of the contest of secondary educational establishments inculcating innovational education programs, 14 schools will receive the state support from the federal budget in the size 1 million rubles to each, other two schools were conferred with the grants of the governor of Yamal. The number of countryside schools claiming to the victory in the contest selection increased in 2008. Now they are 12. Three schools out of them will receive the state support in the size 1 million rubles to each. Last year two schools won the award, in 2006 – one school. The elementary school entered the number of the best ones for the first time – the sixth school of the town Muravlenko.

Financial means from the federal budget have been already received in municipal formations, now the process of opening of personal accounts of the schools-winners is taking place.

The contest for money encouragement of the best teachers was finished on the 1st of July. 196 pedagogues took part in it. 47 winners will receive 100 thousand rubles to each, and the teachers, who took from the 48th to 87th places, will receive grants of the governor of Yamal – 75 thousand rubles to each. This year there are representatives of systems of education from all municipal formations of the region among the owners of the grants.

The names of 7 young people from Yamal – the winners and prize-takers of the All-Russian subject Olympiad of schoolchildren and also other all-Russian measures are already known. All of them are claimants to the state support from means of the federal budget: two grants – 60 thousand rubles each and 5 grants – 30 thousand rubles each.

During 4 months of this year 3,6 thousand pedagogues of secondary educational establishments received money encouragement, the average size of it made 3,6 thousand rubles. 21 million 477 thousand rubles were allocated from the federal budget and 44 million 674 thousand – from the regional budget for these aims.

The contest “The best preschool educational establishment of Yamal” has been taken place for the second year in the region. Kindergartens from 8 towns and districts of the region took part in it.

15.07 The unique museum complex will be opened in Tyumen

The museum complex, construction of which is being continued in Tyumen, will become one of the best in Russia. It can be compared well with museums of Moscow and Saint-Petersburg in anything. It was declared by the governor of Tyumen Oblast Vladimir Yakushev on the meeting with journalists. By the words of the governor, Tyumen museum will become the unique one on its technical equipping and rich funds, which will be placed in it already till the end of the year.

As we should remind, the museum complex in Tyumen has being built for long time. It was planned to input it to operation after finishing of all kinds of work in the part, where the museum funds will be placed.

By the words of the governor, the richest museum funds of Tyumen Oblast are kept in different places. And population has not access to them. Meanwhile, there is something to show to inhabitants and guests of the region. That is why, it was decided to be occupied with building of the part of the museum complex, in which the funds will be kept and then with the part, where exhibitions will take place.

By the information of IA “Tyumenskaya Linia” (Tyumen Line), construction of the museum complex will last about two years and exhibitions will take place on the base of the Regional museum of fine arts.

15.07 Tyumen specialists will study interaction of human and nature in the Arctic

In Tazovskiy district (Yamal) the expedition of Tyumen scientific centre of Russian academy of medical sciences conducted researches, as the Studio “Fact” informs. The aim of the expedition is in studying of the state of trafologic chain of arctic regions. The work is dedicated to studying of development, changing and interaction of different organisms in natural environment, including flora, fauna and humans.

By the words of the chief of the expedition, professor, the chairperson of the presidium of Tyumen scientific centre of the Siberian department of Russian academy of medical sciences Sergey Matayev, the situation in the Arctic changed much during the latest years. By his words, it is connected with the state of climate, with warming and intensive anthropogenic influence to arctic latitudes. The researches will help to elaborate correct administrative-controlling decisions. Extraction of hydrocarbon crude in arctic regions must be continued the way in order natural-ethnic and cultural complexes of the territory would be kept in all their beauty.

Scientists also studied ration of nourishment of people and animals and fixed changes in blood composition.

During the nearest time another group of Tyumen scientists of Tyumen scientific centre will arrive to Tazovskiy district. They will conduct researches of ethnographic character.
